2025 \u2018ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS\u2019 ANNOUNCED<\/em><\/strong><\/h1>\n

The Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association (AMHA) recently recognized three member companies and one individual for outstanding contributions to the Association and the industry with the \u20182025 Industry Achievement Awards\u2019<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

AMHA Executive Director J.D. Harper <\/em><\/strong>congratulated the recipients, saying: \u201cThe AMHA Achievement Awards recognize companies and individuals which have demonstrated dedicated service and unwavering support to the factory-built housing industry in Arkansas <\/em>and to those Arkansas families that choose manufactured homes as their source of affordable home ownership. These award winners and their personnel have shown outstanding support and commitment to the industry and the Association in Arkansas over the past year. It is truly fitting that they are recognized with organization\u2019s 2025 Achievement Awards.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The awards were announced during the organization\u2019s Annual Meeting & Convention – October 22-23 at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas<\/p>\n

Wilson Homes of Arkansas <\/em><\/strong>in Searcy was recently named the 2025 \u2018Retail Sales Center of the Year\u2019 <\/em>by the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association (AMHA)<\/p>\n

The manufactured home retail sales facility, located on a six acre site at 1208 Eastline Drive in Searcy, received the award in recognition of outstanding service to the industry, the organization and the community.<\/p>\n

Established in 2007, Wilson Homes of Arkansas is a family-owned business operated by L.V. Wilson, Martha Taylor, Landon Wilson and Melissa Keeney<\/em><\/strong>. The company has a staff of four and sells homes produced by Champion Homes of Tennessee, Hamilton Home Builders, Prime Homes of Kentucky, Timber Creek Homes<\/em><\/strong> and TRUmh<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The business has earned a sterling reputation for its unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction. The company and its personnel have repeatedly received recognition for \u2018Excellence in Customer Service\u2019 <\/em>from home manufacturers and financial services providers.<\/p>\n

The staff at Wilson Homes of Arkansas participates in educational workshops and training programs presented by the state\u2019s regulatory agency, home manufacturers, lending institutions and insurance providers.<\/p>\n

CLAYTON – SAVANNAH, TN NAMED MANUFACTURER OF THE YEAR<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Clayton – Savannah <\/em><\/strong>of Savannah, Tennessee – a division of Berkshire-Hathaway\u2019s Clayton Home Building Group subsidiary – was named the 2025 \u2018Manufacturer of the Year\u2019 <\/em>by the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association (AMHA)<\/p>\n

Established in 1981, Clayton – Savannah produces and markets quality housing at affordable prices through corporate-owned and independent retail locations to home buyers in 15 states throughout the Southeast. The company employs more than 220 workers in its state-of-the-art 420,000 square-foot production facility, located on a 50 acre site in Savannah (Hardin County). The company produces nearly 2,500 new homes each year.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Clayton – Savannah consistently ranks as one of the leading producers of new HUD-Code manufactured homes shipped into the state of Arkansas each year. The facility led all builders of manufactured homes in homes shipped into the state in 2018, 2019 and again in 2020.<\/p>\n

Scott Smotherman<\/em><\/strong> serves as sales manager for the company and Blake Gibbs<\/em><\/strong> is the territory sales representative for Arkansas.<\/p>\n

BOWEN NAMED FACTORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE OF THE YEAR\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cody Bowen, <\/em><\/strong>customer success manager for TRU Homes of Alabama \u2013 a division of Clayton Homes \u2013 was recently named the 2025 \u2018Factory Sales Representative of the Year\u2019 <\/em>by the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association (AMHA).<\/p>\n

ABOUT CODY BOWEN\u2026<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A native of Spruce Pine, Alabama, Bowen joined TRU Homes in 2022 as a materials manager from a successful career with a specialized transportation company.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He joined the sales force at TRU Homes in 2023 and currently services retail accounts throughout the Southeast for TRU \u2013 Hackleburg AL, TRU \u2013 Lynn AL and Clayton \u2013 Conway AR. Bowen\u2019s sales territory includes Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri and portions of Georgia and Tennessee. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A former collegiate golfer, Bowen was also a full-time songwriter and performing artist and is still under contract with CDX Nashville as a writer. Bowen and his wife, Joshlyn, make their home in Spruce Pine and have four children: Triston, Bailey, Jaiden and Alivia.<\/p>\n

A&R SUPPLY NAMED SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n

A&R Mobile Home Supply of Cabot was recently named the 2025 \u2018Supplier of the Year\u2019 by the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association (AMHA)<\/p>\n

ABOUT A&R MOBILE HOME SUPPLY\u2026<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Founded in 1987, A&R Mobile Home Supply is a family-owned business which distributes parts and supplies to the specializing in manufactured home business. A&R Supply offers heating and cooling products and service, doors and windows, plumbing supplies, skirting and steps appliances, tools, hardware and more to customers.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The company employs 24 people and provides services to customers of 14 retail accounts in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A & R Supply is located at 3132 E. Republican Road and occupies a 12,000 square-foot warehouse on a 10-acre site. The company and its personnel are active in AMHA and the Arkansas HVACR Association. A&R and its employees support a number of causes in the community, including: Fellowship of Christian Athletes, local churches, youth sports leagues and school athletics and robotics programs.<\/p>\n
