AMHA 2011 ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

 

       

SALES CENTER OF THE YEAR AWARD WINNER

J&M Homes, LLC - Pine Bluff,  Arkansas

 

        J&M Homes, LLC of Pine Bluff was recognized as the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association’s “2011 Sales Center of the Year” during AMHA’s 40th Annual Convention held recently in Little Rock.      

 

        Jim and Denise Grace accepted the award during the AMHA Chairman's Banquet, August 25th at The Peabody Hotel.

 

        Currently celebrating its 47^th year of service to Central and Southern Arkansas’s housing market, J&M Homes is one of the state’s oldest factory built housing businesses.

2011 ‘HOME OWNER’ AWARD WINNER

 

 

 

       Mr. & Mrs. Brett Ray of Hot Springs recently took top honors in the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association's "Home Owner of the Year" Contest. The Ray's received a $1,000 grand prize for their 2011 Deer Valley home, which was purchased from Pam Livingston of Livingston Homes, Inc. in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Winners were announced recently at AMHA’s 40th Annual Convention held in Little Rock.

Each year, AMHA recognizes a home owner who displays outstanding pride in the appearance of their manufactured homes with a cash award.
